Plastica Recycling UK is based in the UK, and we’re the local recycling company of the community having units and trusted partners across West Africa and Europe.
We are specialist in using un-recycled and other waste materials from households and businesses in communities as raw materials in producing other products such as paver for driveways, roof tiles, etc.
We’re not just about straightforward recycling services; we also provide services that other commercial recycling companies avoid, such as mixed plastic loads and export.

– In 2003 a special technology of recycling polystyrene packing into polystyrene blocks was elaborated. Private business was started.
– In 2008 received an investment loan for the best business project.
– 2009. Since then the company has been recycling all kinds of plastic waste.

Plastica – the first plastic recycling solution from & for Russia
Plastica is the first company in Russia recycling plastic waste, causing irreparable harm to the environment, by producing new building materials out of styrofoam raw material pellets.
We have unique own processing technologies (partially protected by own patents) to produce new building materials such as pavement & roof tiles out of the collected plastic waste. Additionally we established special baskets to support an efficient & effective collection of plastic waste & founded the first Russian environmental fund “Ecofund”, teaching citizens to properly recycle waste and supporting the research & development of new processing technologies to recycle further waste & preserve the environment.
Plastica recycle currently 10% of the total plastic waste in the home city Volgograd (~30t per months).
Current capacities & technological know-how would allow us to recycle 100% of the cities plastic waste, nevertheless we need to expand the number of installed collection baskets from currently 100 to 3000 to be able to collect all plastic waste. Additionally we have already started doing several awareness raising campaigns in order to improve the collection behavior.
Besides reaching 100% recycling rate of plastic waste in our home town, we are conducting research & develop new technologies to expand our product portfolio of high-quality, low-cost products with use for people’s day-to-day life.
We have created an innovation new technology to produce polymer sleepers (ties) for the railroads. There exist only 6 similar technologies, patent worldwide and our unique technology is better than all of them. In order to expand our current portfolio to railroad sleepers, we need to invest into new production capacity and thus are searching for a partner willing to invest 1Mio. EURO into the Russian recycling market.
Since being in partnership from 2018 Plastica LLC[Russia] and Plastica Recycling Ltd UK have always aim to develop new technologies of using waste plastic in the building industry and other areas to impact lives.
